ONE PLATFORM. TWO WAYS TO USE IT.

Information for every space.

Connect office and meeting-room plates to your calendars for automatic reservation information. Or use the control software directly to manage signs for events, teaching spaces, workstations and more.

01 · CALENDAR-CONNECTED OFFICE & ROOM PLATES

Your calendar does the updating.

Set up the calendar connection, assign each plate to its room and choose a display template. Then keep using Outlook or Google Calendar as usual: reservations update the plate automatically, without separate everyday handling.

How the calendar connection works

Book as usual. See it at the door.

Show the room name, current availability, meeting time and the next reservation. When a room is free, the plate’s buttons can reserve it on the spot through the same calendar.

Once configured, ordinary calendar changes flow through the control software and base stations to the displays. There is no need to maintain the same booking information twice.

Choose a layout. Make it yours.

Select from several display templates, then edit the template in the control software to suit your organization. Adjust the layout, branding, text styles and which calendar fields appear.

Use a simple availability view, a meeting-details layout or a schedule-focused template. Apply your chosen design to the relevant plates; the calendar supplies the changing reservation information.

02 · SIGNS MANAGED IN THE CONTROL SOFTWARE

No calendar required.

Use the same displays and base stations for information that you maintain directly. Select or edit a template, assign it to a plate or group, and update the content centrally in the control software.

Workstation · Task · Status

Visitors & temporary offices

Welcome a visiting company or identify a temporary office. Replace the content from the control software when the assignment ends.

Possible applications of the platform. Button workflows depend on the selected software configuration; these examples do not imply automatic connections to event, education or industrial systems.

The same hardware. Your choice of content.

Three display sizes, three configurable buttons, replaceable batteries and a shared base-station network. Use calendar-driven reservation plates and directly managed signs together, with content and templates organized in one control platform.
