Use Outlook or Google Calendar
Reserve a meeting room in the calendar you already use. Employees do not need a separate booking app, a phone connection to the plate or a new everyday booking process.
Keep reserving rooms in Outlook or Google Calendar as usual. Once the system is set up, it automatically takes room-reservation information from your calendars and updates the plates. No separate app or special steps are needed for everyday booking.

An administrator connects the room calendars and assigns the plates during setup. After that, employees use their usual calendar — or the buttons on a free room’s plate.

The control software reads the room reservations and sends the current availability and meeting information through the base stations to the correct plates. No manual display updates are needed.
If the room is free, use the three buttons and their on-screen labels to choose an available booking duration and reserve it on the spot. The request goes back to the calendar; the plate shows confirmation when the booking is accepted.
Plan ahead in Outlook or Google Calendar, or book an available room directly at its door. Both routes use the same room calendar, so reservations stay together and the plate shows the current availability.
The system checks calendar availability before confirming an on-the-spot booking. If the room is no longer free, the request is not confirmed. Configurable button actions can also support check-in, ending a booking and other room functions.
A plate showing a person’s name, title or office number does not need a calendar integration. Maintain its content directly in the control software using the same base stations and displays.
Connect the base station to power and the network, mount the plates, then assign them in the control software. No electrical or data wiring is needed at each nameplate.
No. Plates communicate with a nearby base station using a proprietary low-power protocol on Bluetooth-capable radio chips. The base station connects the plates to the management platform.
Yes. The system connects to Outlook / Microsoft 365 or Google Calendar room reservations. After the initial setup, employees book rooms in their usual calendars and the plates update automatically. A free room can also be reserved using the plate’s buttons.
E-ink retains its last image without continuous power. A disconnected display may therefore show old information until communication is restored; connectivity monitoring is part of the system specification.
