Use the right owner and update rhythm
A training coordinator may update session titles each morning. An event organizer may assign breakout tracks for a day. A project lead may change a team-space label after a move. These are different from automatic room-calendar updates.
The proposed control software provides a shared place to manage devices, locations and editable templates. Potential workflows should be assessed against the delivered software rather than assumed to include a dedicated event or production-management system.
Examples worth piloting
Consider a training-room title and instructor; a conference track and next session; a project-room team name; or a numbered workstation with a short instruction. Pick a small set of fields that can remain readable at the available screen size.

Keep operational limits explicit
Content owners need a process for approving changes and checking that signs updated. Wireless coverage, battery service and placement remain part of the deployment.
Do not rely on these proposed signs for time-critical safety instructions, certified emergency wayfinding or real-time process control. Use the platform for the information workflows that are supported and validated for the installation.
